1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application published by Heldig Lab ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our applications.

2. Use of Our Apps

Our applications are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use our apps in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our applications.
  • Use our apps for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our apps.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our apps offer premium features through in-app subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed and processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to their respective terms and payment policies.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.
  • Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their refund policies.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in our applications are the property of Heldig Lab. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for personal purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Health-related apps (BreathFlow, EyeRest, TinniCalm) are not substitutes for professional medical advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heldig Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our applications.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.
